LOCATION: Colinas De Miramar is located in the province of Puntarenas, presently about 1-1/2 hours from the International airport in San Jose and about 2 hours south of the international airport in Liberia. This means that our residents can choose to arrive in Costa Rica either thru the bustling hub of the capital city of San Jose or thru the gateway to Guanacaste in Liberia.
DEVELOPMENT: Colinas de Miramar is a full-scale Master Planned Community project. The first phase of the project consists of 191 acres of individually titled and deeded lots, commercial, green areas and 2.5 acres community center. There are 125 parcels. We have a strong commitment to responsible and eco-friendly building in order to protect the integrity of the surrounding environment.
