Colinas de Miramar will develop a beautiful community clubhouse in each phase of the project, starting with Phase I, where the lots selected for the site will be 80 and 81. The actual center itself will be located on lot 80, very nicely centralized and within walking distance of all the lots in Phase I. Set high up on a small hill, the natural topography of this particular lot allows for sweeping panoramic views from the mountains to the coast.
The center will be surrounded by a furnished wrap-around deck for nature watching, outdoor community activities or for just relaxing or enjoying meals and drinks. The top floor of the 2-story construction will include a fully-equipped kitchen for private functions or community events along with a game room, providing pool tables, foosball, dart games and other fun activities. A large open area will provide space for meetings and indoor dining, in addition to an area for those who wish to play cards, chess and other table games. A business office is also planned equipped with computers with high speed internet access, printers, and telecommunication facilities.
The lower level will house the fitness center complete with a full range of cardio and strength training equipment as well as a sauna and full locker rooms.
Leading down from the fitness center, the pool and outdoor barbeque area will be accessed by curved stairways and stone walkways, surrounded by beautiful large shade trees and indigenous landscaping.
The pool area will be highlighted by an under-roof barbeque area and bar, where residents can enjoy their evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets while preparing delicious meals and perhaps their fresh catch of the day. The entire area is surrounded by large shade trees, a small creek, and will be landscaped with local flora.
The neighboring lot no. 81 has been set aside for more active-minded activities such as a tennis court, squash and handball court, shuffleboard courts and will include a parking area for visitors.
