Client Security
Different than most developments, our property is held in a TRUST, and not by the developer, so the client is assured that there are no hidden liens or encumbrances attached to the property, and that the fully-titled and recorded lots are available and ready for transfer to the buyer. Funds paid as part of a closed transaction are also handled exclusively within the TRUST, and are strictly regulated to insure that the monies received are used solely for purposes of construction of the road, water and electrical infrastructure, entrances and amenities.
