Colinas de Miramar is owned well-known and respected Costa Rican family that have been owners of the property for over 150 years. The owners have been very careful not to permit any type of deforestation, exotic tree removals, or disturbances to the natural wildlife and fauna, leaving the property in its natural, pristine state.
